NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-014159, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P is the Plaintiff and GINA DJELAJ, GINA DJELAJ, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MARIA DJELAJ; VILLAS OF BEACON GROVES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LULA GJELEVIQ, AS TEMPORARY GUARDIAN FOR JOHN DJELAJ (A MINOR); LULA GJELEVIQ, AS TEMPORARY GUARDIAN FOR KRISTINA DJELAJ (A MINOR); PETAR GJELAJ, AS TEMPORARY GUARDIAN FOR JOHN DJELAJ( A MINOR); PETAR GJELAJ, AS TEMPORARY GUARDIAN FOR KRISTINA DJELAJ ( A MINOR); UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GINA DJELAJ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VALENTINA DJELAJ; VALENTINA DJELAJ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 30th day of January, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33-B, VILLAS OF BEACON GROVES UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGES 13 AND 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
