NOTICE IS GIVEN that under the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in this action on the 22nd day of September, 2010 and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Set Mortgage Foreclosure Sale entered in this action on the 5th day of January, 2012, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 1st day of March, 2012, the following described property:
That part of Lots 1 and 5, Block “B”, Jewel Welch Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 99, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows: starting at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1, Block “B”, thence run South 28 degrees 03' 50” West 171.00 feet along the Westerly boundary of Indian Rocks Road to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 28 degrees 03' 50” West 102.90 feet; thence North 88 degrees 55' 25” West 150.82 feet; thence North 00 degrees 52' 25” East 91.68 feet; thence South 88 degrees 55' 25” East 197.83 feet to the Point of Beginning.
and improvements thereon (the “Property”). The property is located in Pinellas County at 400 Indian Rocks Road North, Belleair Bluffs, Florida 33770-2059
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
