NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 14, 2011, and entered in 52-2009-CA-013838 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MTG INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR7, MTG PASS-THROUGH CERT, SERIES 2006-AR7, is the Plaintiff and NADINE THOMAS; UNKNOWN HUSBAND OF NADINE THOMAS ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 72, ISLAND ESTATES OF CLEARWATER UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE(S) 62 AND 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
