Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 11-8034-CO-042, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT 502, BUILDING 5, PHASE 1, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF HAMMOCK PINE VILLAGE II, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 77, PAGES 113 THROUGH 119 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEGIN FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JULY 9, 1984 IN O.R. BOOK 5799, PAGE 1170, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 84-143642, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., on February 10, 2012. The sale shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
