U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF AEGIS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-5, is Plaintiff and ALBERTO ESCALANTE; PATRICIA ROMERO; SAGE HOME LENDING CORPORATION are defendants.
