NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 20, 2011 and entered in Case No. 10-007478-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein WHITNEY NATIONAL, a national banking association, and as successor by merger to SIGNATURE BANK. is the Plaintiff and MINARK PROPERTIES, INC., a Florida corporation, ELR HOLDINGS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, DEAN R. MLINARICH, an individual, FAY B. MLINARICH, an individual, LATOYA LOEKS, and TIFFANY WILLIAMS are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on February 2, 2012, described property as set forth in said Order:
Lot 13, Block 2, GOLDEN PALM MANOR, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 52, Page 51, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. Failure of any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, other than the property owner, to file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale will result in a loss of entitlement to surplus funds.
