NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 30, 2011entered in Case No. 11-3050-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CASA DEL MAR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION NO. 5 OF ST. PETERSBURG, INC. is Plaintiff, and HANS K. KAMLADE and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on February 10, 2012 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 304, BUILDING H, CASA DEL MAR V, a Condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4695, Page 1834, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 29, Pages 1 through 19, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 31, Pages 84 through 100 and Condominium Plat Book 32, Page 33, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN
THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60
DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
