The administration of the estate of GUSTAV A. KLENNER a/k/a GUSTAV ADOLF KLENNER, deceased, Case Number 11-CP-5417 ES, is pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756. The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and her attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, on whom a copy of this notice is served must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All Creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against the decedent's estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, are advised that all claims against the estate are barred 2 YEARS AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DEATH, unless a claim has been filed or other exemptions are met pursuant to Florida Statute 733.710.
ALL CLAIMS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED. THE VALUE OF THE PROBATABLE ESTATE IS APPROXIMATELY $352,384.83, BECAUSE THE ESTATE CONSISTS ONLY OF BANK OF AMERICA ACCOUNTS, AS WELL AS HOMESTEAD REAL PROPERTY (WHICH IS EXEMPT UNDER THE FLORIDA CONSTITUTION AND FLORIDA STATUTES), MISCELLANEOUS HOUSEHOLD GOODS, FURNITURE, FURNISHINGS AND APPLIANCES WHICH WERE REGULARLY USED BY DECEDENT IN HIS USUAL PLACE OF ABODE, AND A 2005 CHEVY MOTOR VEHICLE WHICH WAS REGULARLY USED BY DECEDENT, WHICH ARE ALL ALSO EXEMPT UNDER THE FLORIDA CONSTITUTION AND FLORIDA STATUTES), .
