WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC4 ASSET- BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and SARAH DUFOUR K/N/A SARAH HEBERT; JASON HEBERT and UNKNOWN TENANT # 1, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 1, OF FOREST HILLS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
