Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-IM3, is the Plaintiff and Peter Tran, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc, Unknown Spouse of Peter Tran, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 21st day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
