NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 21, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-004447 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and SATNAM SINGH; MUNINDER K. SINGH; COUNTRY CLUB/EDGEWATER VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; WATERCREST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 24th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 203, BUILDING 19, WATERCREST PHASE 4, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1997, PAGES 4030 THROUGH 4123, AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 33, PAGE 17, AND AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
