Lot 31, Unit One Belleair Beach, according to the unrecorded plat thereof attached to Warranty Deed dated March 1, 1944, given by Kirkeby Hotels, Inc. to Arnold S. Kirkeby, filed in Office of Clerk of Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida on March 10, 1944 in Deed Book 963, Page 473, Instrument Number 687555, lying and being in Section 31, Township 29 South, Range 15 East.
More commonly known as 880 Gulf Boulevard, Belleair Shores, FL 33786
This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A., whose address is 550 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 550, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, which is February 13, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
