NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-003397-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Seminole Country Green Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Angela Marie Giardino and Wells Fargo bank, N.A. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on February 17, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 107H, Seminole Country Green Condominium, a condominium, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34 Pages 13 through 18 inclusive and in Condominium Plat Book 46 Page 14 through 17, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4848 Pages 1456 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, together with its undivided interest or share in the common elements and any amendments thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN
THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60
DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
