NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-008914-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Villas at Countryside Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Paula DiBella is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on February 17, 2012 , in an online sale at
www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment,
to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 2, Building No. 17 (Being further described as 2458-2), from the Condominium Parcel of THE VILLAS AT COUNTRYSIDE, a Condominium, PHASE XI, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in 06/05/1980 in O.R. Book 5031, Page 1311, as amended to add Phases VI, XI, and XII, as recorded in 02/20/1981 in O.R. Book 5151, Pages 1919-1925, and any other amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 48, Pages 1-4, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN
THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60
DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
