NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 15, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 08CA5442 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and BRANDON YARBOROUGH; LEAH GIBBONS; TENANT #1 N/K/A LARRY WEST are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 01/25/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 11 AND 12, POINT PLEASANT SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 55, AS REVISED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 61, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL FORESHORE, BEACHBANK AND PROPERTY BETWEEN THE EXTENDED LINES OF SAID LOTS AND THE WATERS OF THE MANATEE RIVER, TOGETHER WITH ALL AND SINGULAR RIPARIAN RIGHTS AND WATER PRIVILIGES ANYWISE APPERTAINING TO SAID PROPERTY OR THEREUNTO BELONGING.
