NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 4th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-11105 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for the Holders of SASCO 2007-MLN1, is the Plaintiff and Jesse Fontanez, As Trustee Of The Weaver Family Trust Dated October 23, 2006, Eugene Weaver, Rudean L. Weaver, Unknown Beneficiaries of the Weaver Family Trust Dated October 23, 2006, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 8th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
