NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29 day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-007893, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and JAMES PEPPER A/K/A JAMES L. PEPPER, NATIONAL CITY BANK, THE WATERFRONT IN NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 26 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
