NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 29th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-00804, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, F.A. is the Plaintiff and MEGHAN H. SOLOFF, SOUTHTRUST BANK, WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, JOHN DOE, JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 26th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
