notice is hereby given Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 0702690CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Countrywide Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Shonn Paul Werner, Orangetree Homeowners Association, Inc, Valencia Golf And Country Club Homeowners Association, Inc, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 30th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 14, OF VALENCIA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB-PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, AT PAGES 33 THROUGH 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
