notice is hereby given Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-07411 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Marguerite Clemson, Ronald L. Clemson, Sr. a.k.a Ronald L. Clemson Sr.,, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 30th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 13, BLOCK 212, MARCO BEACH UNIT SEVEN, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 55 THROUGH 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. A/K/A 1291 LILY COURT, MARCO ISLAND, FL 34145
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
