notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 19, 2011, and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 14, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-0709 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE
CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006- BC4, Plaintiff, and OFELIA CASTANEDA, is the Defendant.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 2nd day of February, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF TRACT 16, OF UNIT 68, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
