NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated December 29, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 58-2008-CA-006905SC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivable LLC Trust, 2006-NC1, Plaintiff and ROBERT FORF, Et Al; are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.sarasotaclerk.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 9:00 AM , February 2, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
