NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 4, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002483 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE AND AS A CUSTODIAN FOR THE HOLDERS OF MASTR ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-1, is the Plaintiff and FREDERICK O. OLSON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FREDERICK O. OLSON N/K/A LYNN OLSON; MILANO SECTION III RESIDENT ASSOCIATION, INC; TENANT #1 N/K/A ADAM OLSON are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 1st day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
