Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 30, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-945-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CYPRESS GLEN MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and Michael 0. Toro, Cynthia M. Toro, and Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00 am on the 30th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Unit No. 120, Building 26, Phase XXII, Cypress Glen Village, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded at O.R. Book 3215, Page 1554, el seq., Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
