FLYNT; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRAIG A. FLYNT N/K/A SHARON FLYNT; GARY T. FLYNT; BRIAN D. FLYNT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; TARA MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; ORCHID COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A MARIA PUGLIPSE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 24th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
