Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, shall sell the real property set forth below at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on January 31, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes:
Lot 25, Block 1603, 32nd ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 16, 16A through 16L, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
The said sale will be made pursuant to final judgment of foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
