Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Ordfer to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated December 28, 2011, and entered in 2010CA0563 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and KATHLEEN L. MAURCHIE A/K/A KATHLEEN LOUISE MAURCHIE F/K/A KATHLEEN L. ROUSE A/K/A KATHLEEN ROUSE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHLEEN L. MAURCHIE A/K/A KATHLEEN LOUISE MAURCHIE A/K/A KATHLEEN L. ROUSE A/K/A KATHLEEN ROUSE; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; et.al. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 1st Floor Atrium Area, Collier Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00AM on January 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 273, UNIT 8, PART 1, GOLDEN GATE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 149, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
