NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 22nd, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 07-CA-016941 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 24th day of February, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT PART OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 EAST OF THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF ARMENIA AVENUE, AND NORTH OF LAKE CARROLL MANOR SUBDIVISION, LESS THE EAST 1036.42 FEET THEREOF, AND LESS THAT PART DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING 145.75 FEET EAST OF THE NW CORNER OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 AND RUN SOUTH 244.42 FEET; THENCE EAST 151.15 FEET; THENCE NORTH TO A POINT 149.07 FEET EAST OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WEST 149.07 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
