NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated December 29, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 1002476CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and CHARLES W. SIRAGUSA; NANCY A. DEPCIK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES W. SIRAGUSA; EDGEWATER AT CARLTON LAKES CONDOMINIUM
ASSOCIATION, INC. FKA EDGEWATER II AT CAR; CARLTON LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on January 30, 2012, at 11:00AM, to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 6, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, First Floor Atrium Naples, FL 34112, in Collier County, Florida in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. C-203 OF EDGEWATER 11 AT CARLTON LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2371, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS AMENDED.

Property address: 5140 Cobble Creek Ct #203, Naples, FL 34110.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
