NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 28, 2011, and entered in 10-CA-002396 DIV. C of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2006-OPT3 MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT3, is the Plaintiff and NIVALDO FALCON; OLGA CEPERO; JP MORGAN CHASE BANK; NA SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Rm 202, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 am on January 31st, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 28, CLAIR-MEL CITY UNIT NO. 8, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. - a/k/a 2018 WISHING WELL WAY, TAMPA, FL 33619.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
