NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 5, 2012, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005936 of the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE NORTHERN TRUST COMPANY, AN ILLINOIS BANKING CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NORTHERN TRUST, N.A. is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Foreclosure Sales conducted via Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M on the 9th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 1, 5 and 23, SHAKETT CREEK POINTE, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 42, Pages 37, 37A through 37G, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
