NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 28, 2011, and entered in 29-2009-CA-016800 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and ELSIE JOSEPH A/K/A ELSIE JOSEPH; AMMINI K SAMUEL; OMMEN K. SAMUEL; KINGS MILL TOWNHOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION A/K/A KINGS MILL TOWNHOMES OWNERS ASSOCIATION;INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS;INC.; JANE DOE N/K/A JESSICA COOK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Rm 202, Tampa, FL 33602, at 2pm on January 31, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8,BLOCK 15,OF KINGS MILL,ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF,AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99,PAGE 195,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY,FLORIDA - a/k/a 234 HARDCASTLE PLACE, VALRICO, FL 33594.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
