Notice is hereby given that R. B. Shore, Clerk of Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on February 7, 2012, at 11:00 AM, conduct through the Internet for Manatee County foreclosures at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida:
From a point on the West line of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NW ¼ of Section 34, Township 33 South, Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida, which point of 267.1 feet South of the NW corner of said SW 1/4, Southwesterly at an angle of 98°21' with last described line 195.2 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence Northwesterly at an angle of 90° with last described line, 95 feet; thence Southwesterly at right angle with last line, 50 feet; thence Southeasterly at right angle with last described line, 95 feet; thence Northeasterly 50 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Also from a point on the East line of the S 1/2 of U.S. Lot 4 in Section 34, Township 33 South, Range 17 East, which point is 267.1 feet South of the NE corner of said S 1/2 of U.S. Lot 4, go Southwesterly at an interior angle of 98°21' with the last described line a distance of 165.2 feet; thence go Northwesterly from this Point of Beginning at right angles to the last described line a distance of 100 feet; thence go Southwesterly at right angles to the last described line a distance of 30 feet; thence go Southeasterly at right angles to the last described line a distance of 100 feet to a point 30 feet Southwesterly from the point of beginning; thence go Northeasterly 30 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Together with an easement for Present Road off the Southeast side of lands described in O.R. Book 717, Page 605, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and together with Pedestrian's Right to and from the Bay.
pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on January 4, 2012, in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is First Bank, as successor by merger to Coast Bank of Florida vs. Daniel Allen Long a/k/a Daniel Long and Leticia Long, and the Case Number of which is 2011 CA 003909.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
