NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale dated December 29, 2011, and entered in 51-2007-CA-003649-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC, is the Plaintiff and DONALD O. REEVES; DIANE REEVES A/K/A DIANNE RENESS REEVES; GRAND OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on January 31, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 15, GRAND OAKS PHASE 2, UNITES 1 AND 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 1 THROUGH 6 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
