NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-000458 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the first floor atrium of the courthouse annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 11:00 AM on the 1 day of February, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 79, TALL PINES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT TECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
