TO: SHARON BARNETT, the legal owner of the property described as 6205 Rosefinch Court, #104, Bradenton, Florida 34202, and the Unknown Spouse of Sharon Barnett, Unknown Spouse being a fictitiouse name to account for a potential unknown party possessing an interest in the property being foreclosed, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendant.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following property located in Manatee County, Florida:
BUILDING 6205, UNIT 104 of SUMMERFIELD HOLLOW CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 1688, Pages 6320 through 6465, inclusive, and any amendments thereto and in Condominium Plat Book 31, Pages 43 through 48, inclusive, and any amendments thereto of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in Common Areas as described in such Declaration of Condominium.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Telese B. McKay, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, at McKay Law Firm, P.A., 2055 Wood Street, Ste. 120, Sarasota, FL 34237, file the original with the Clerk of this Court, P.O. Box 25400, Bradenton, FL 34206 either on or before 2-16-12; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
