NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 5, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-004821 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and KATHLEEN A. WUORIO; DONALD MACKENZIE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; ROYAL PARK VILLAS, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A THOMAS CROAK are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 1st day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

A, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 235, PAGES 939 THROUGH 957, AS AMENDED, AND AS MAY SUBSEQUENTLY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
