NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-20105-CA-006970 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein, KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION, Plaintiff, and, MARILYN OLIVE, et. al, are Defendants, I will to the highest bidder for cash at the 1ST FLOOR ATRIUM OF THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, Naples, Florida 34112, at the hour of 11:00 AM, on the 1st day of February, 2012, the following describe property:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2922, BUILDING 29, THE OASIS AT NAPLES, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4107, PAGE 183, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
