NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 4th day of January, 2012, in Civil Action No. 11-01153-CC, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which MARTHA R. VERDE, CARLOS VERDE, ASSET ACCEPTANCE, LLC, and UNKNOWN TENANT I n/k/a JULIA CASTRO, are the Defendants, and INDIGO LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Atrium, on the 1st floor Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112., at 11:00 a.m. on the 1st day of February, 2012, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Lot 246, Block B, Indigo Lakes, Unit Two, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat Book 35, Pages 8 through 10, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
