NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, under and pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment in Favor of RBC heretofore entered on the December 28, 2011, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, being Civil Action No. 11--2407-CA in which RBC BANK (USA), successor in interest to Community Bank of Naples, N.A. is the Plaintiff and PLASTI-STOR CORPORATION D/B/A PLASTIC SPECIALTIES OF FLORIDA, a Florida corporation, individually; STEVEN J. GNERRE, individually; ANTHONY C. GNERRE, individually and CARRIE F. GNERRE, individually, jointly and severally, are the Defendants, and under and pursuant to the terms of said Final Judgment will offer for sale at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the first floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 on January 30, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the same being a legal sales day and the hour a legal hour of sale, the real and personal property situated in Collier County, Florida and legally described as follows:

Description of so-called Parcel 4, of Block “B”, of Naples Industrial Park, Ltd., Unit No. 1, NOT RECORDED being part of the North one-half of the Northwest one-quarter of Section 36, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida.
Commencing at the North one-quarter corner of Section 36, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida; thence along the North line of said Section 36, South 89Ëš24'44” West 1,544.15 feet for the Place of Beginning of the parcel herein described;
thence South 0Ëš38'58” East, 230.19 feet; thence South 89Ëš21'02” West, 110.30 feet; thence North 0Ëš33'58” West, 230.31 fee to the North line of said Section 36; thence along the North line of said Section 36, North 89Ëš24'44” East, 110.30 feet to the Place of Beginning;
being a part of the Northwest one-quarter of Section 36, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida;
Subject to a road easement for ingress and egress over the South 30.0 feet thereof; and subject to a utility and drainage easement over the North 30.0 feet thereof; and subject to easements and restrictions of record.

The property aforesaid, together with all improvements, buildings, fixtures, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise pertaining, is being sold to satisfy RBC's claims under said Judgment.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
