Beginning at the southeast corner of the southwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 29 South, Range 19 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, run thence West 83 feet for a point of beginning thence North 120 feet, West 60 feet, South 120 feet, East 60 feet to the point of beginning, less the South 15 feet thereof for right of way.

This action as been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, Weltman, Weinberg & Reis, Co., L..P.A., whose address is 500 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 550, Fort Lauderdale, Fl 33309, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, which is February 13, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
