NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-003792, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MARGARITA ABREU, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A. F/K/A CITIBANK USA N.A., FAIRWAYS AT PAR TWO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., RAUL RODRIGUEZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YARIMA RODRIGUEZ, YARIMA RODRIGUEZ, and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 1st day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NUMBER 202, BUILDING 20, FAIRWAYS AT PAR TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1046, PAGE 187, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND ATTACHMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
