ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-59 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-59 is the Plaintiff and JASON M. JOHNSTON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASON M.
