NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-005102WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH3, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-CH3 is the Plaintiff and RALEE MONTAUK; THE INDEPENDANT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; TIMBER OAKS COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC.; JEREMY BURCH; SHIRLEY BURCH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEREMY BURCH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RALEE MONTAUK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHIRLEY BURCH; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 30th day of January, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES. in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 132, DRIFTWOOD VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 99 THROUGH 101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
