Notice is hereby given, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 20, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:

and commonly known as: 16127 ANCROFT CT., TAMPA, FL 33647; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on January 26, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
