NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 28, 2011, and entered in 10-CA-005602 DIV. D of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and CARLOS E. MORALES; VIDYA P. MORALES A/K/A VYDIA P. MORALES; SUNTRUST BANK; CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES; INC.; CAPITAL ONE; A CORPORATION; STATE OF FLORIDA; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, 800 East Twiggs Street, 2ND FLOOR, ROOM 201/202, TAMPA, FL 33602 at 2:00 p.m. on January 31, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 6, MAYS ADDITION TO TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 59 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
