ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-22, is the Plaintiff and EIRISSE ANNY MORORO; RICHARD MEDINA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AT SUNCOAST LAKES, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on January 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
