NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated December 29, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2010-CA-002637, DIVISION: D, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH JUDICiAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-HE2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff, and EUGENIO ALVARADO; MARIA G. ALVARADO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR PEOPLES CHOICE HOME LOAN, INC.; FLORIDA WEST COAST CREDIT UNION; PALISADES COLLECTION, LLC. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00 PM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 31 day of January, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

This property is located at the Street address of: 2801 Anthony Street, Tampa, FL 33619.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
