AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF SAMI II 2006-AR3, is the Plaintiff and SHAWN WEATHERUP; SUSAN BROOKER; BALLANTRAE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; TENANT #1 N/K/A MIKE LINN; TENANT #2 N/K/A RANDY COHEN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on February 1, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
