Snyder and Laura A. Snyder, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on February 3, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
